Down The Rabbit Hole Book Box Updates

Dear Beloved Dark Book Lovers,
It is with a heavy heart that I share some important news about Down The Rabbit Hole Book Box. After much consideration, we have decided to take a break from curating new boxes for the general public effective immediately. We will no longer be accepting new subscriptions until further notice.
- Honoring Commitments: Rest assured, all pending book boxes will be honored and curated until completion. If you have an outstanding future box, please email us directly for a list of upcoming selections. Upcoming selections will not be available for purchase to those outside of pre-paid outstanding boxes. If you would rather end your pending boxes with us with any of our ready-to-ship boxes, please send us an email. We would be more than happy to accommodate any requests, including exchanges with our ready-to-ship limited edition boxes.
- Last Public Box: Our final public box, “My Dear, Murder is An Art Form,” will be shipped on June 5th to those with pending subscriptions or prepaid one-time boxes.
- Subscription Cancellations: All subscriptions will be canceled by 05/24, but any pending boxes will still be fulfilled. An email confirming your subscription cancellation will be sent directly to your email. Please note, renewals will not be processed. If you would like to confirm how many pending book boxes you have available, please reach out to us directly or log in to your Down The Rabbit Hole account.
- One-Time Book Boxes: For those interested, past one-time book boxes will remain available in our shop until they sell out. One-time book box purchases (excluding our "My Dear, Murder is An Art Form" book boxes) will begin shipping within 2-3 business days.
- Refunds: If you have prepaid for multiple boxes and are eligible for a refund, please contact us directly at Info@Downtherabbitholebookbox to process your request.
- Future Updates: We will keep you informed about any future plans and the resumption of our services. Please stay tuned to our email updates and follow us on social media for the latest news.
Making this decision was incredibly difficult. As a one-person operation with a dedicated but out-of-state packing team of two, and having just welcomed a new baby boy this February, I've found it increasingly challenging to uphold the standards of service and timeliness that you, our cherished subscribers and customers, deserve.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for each of you. Your support from the very beginning, and the trust you placed in this small business, means the world to me. This break will allow me to spend precious time with my growing family and hopefully come back rejuvenated, ready to provide 5-star customer service and faster shipping times.
I am currently behind on responding to emails and social media messages, but I am committed to addressing all your questions by this Sunday. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
